The package maintainers have final responsibility and authority over their respective packages. Only a maintainer may create a new release (following the release process), accept pull requests, and push to the master branch.
We currently distinguish the following stages in a package life cycle:
For a package to be eligible for admission to HADES, it should meet the following criteria:
Adhere to all guidelines documented on this site.
For those interacting with data: run on all database platforms supported by OHDSI (e.g. PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Amazon RedShift)
For population-level effect estimation methods: must be evaluated using the OHDSI Methods Benchmark.
The final decision for including a package in HADES lies with the leaders of the OHDSI Patient-Level Prediction Workgroup and Population-Level Estimation Workgroup.
