rm_db: Remove db object
In acjackman/dbezr: Convenience wrapper for accessing SQL databases

Removes a db from the registered list, disconnecting it's connection.

rm_db(cred)

rm_db_id(id)

rm_db_all()

`cred`	credentials object
`id`	credential id string generated by cred_id
