adamryczkowski/dbcasereport: Engine that is used to create a terse and human-readable high quality listing of list elements indexed by 2 dimensions (column id and row id)

The original purpose is to create a terse report of mismatches when comparing two simmilar data frames. The tool can be used to make a "diff" between the data.frames or any other two-dimensionally indexed list of elements.
