tidy_fixed: Extract fixed coefficient table from model object

In adibender/mgcvtools: Utility functions for work with the mgcv package

Description

Given a model object, returns a data frame with columns variable, coef (coefficient), ci_lower (lower 95% CI) and ci_upper (upper 95% CI).

Usage

tidy_fixed(x, ...)

## S3 method for class 'gam'
tidy_fixed(x, intercept = FALSE, ...)

## S3 method for class 'coxph'
tidy_fixed(x, ...)

Arguments

x	A model object.
...	Currently not used.
intercept	Should intercept also be returned? Defaults to FALSE.
