adsteen/enzalyze: Tools for measuring enzyme activities using fluorogenic/chromogenic substrates

Contains tools to calculate rates of fluorescence/color change, calibrate those rates, and plot data. So far I'm in ad-hoc development mode. This contains some functions to make arbitrary linear and nonlinear least squares models, which are used in the metafluxr package
