Arguments
time
Vector of times as POSIXct
lat
latitude for which to calculate clear sky radiation
press
Air pressure in (hPa) if available
ta
Air temperature in (degrees C) if available
rh
relative humidity in percentage if available
sw
observed showrt wave radiation
ts
Water surface temperature in degrees C
Value
A data.frame with lw, LWo, and lwnet
