Minimaps of generated HSAs

Usage

minimap(object, ...)

Arguments

object	object of class hsa (i.e. from gen_hsa(...)) or SpatialPolygons
...	other options passed to plot
object2	object of class SpatialPolygons
hsa	string - a regex expression defining which HSA(s) to highlight
reg	string - a regex expression defining which regions from the original shapefile(s) to highlight
polygon	string - a regex expression defining which polygon(s) from object to highlight
col	colour to use for focus area
bcol	HSA border colour
hsalab	logical - plot HSA labels
hsalabcol	colour to HSA labels
regbcol	colour to use for region borders
reglab	logical - plot original region labels
reglabcol	colour to original region labels
object2_bcol	colour to use for object2 borders
object2_lab	logical - plot object2 labels
object2_labcol	colour to object2 labels
lab	logical - plot labels
labcol	colour to plot labels
lakes	shapefile containing lakes (SpatialPolygons format)
lcol	colour to use for lakes
zoomout	degree of zoom
bg	background colour
dev	device to plot too
