Earth-Observation Time-Series filters: The eotsfilter package

This R package is made of wrappers around filters and smoothers commonly usen on time series of Earth Observation data. This package is meant to be deployed as a RESTful web service in a opencpu server.

Prerequisites

• A running opencpu server.

Installation

This package can be installed using devtools as follows:

library(devtools)
install_github("albhasan/eotsfilter")

Use

This package implements a self-describing function which can be called like this:

curl http://myOpenCpuServer/ocpu/library/eotsfilter/R/getcapabilities/json -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d ''

Each filter is exposed by opencpu as a REST web service:
