Arguments

mcnum	MC iteration
constp	Catch regression constant values
cdev	Catch devation standard deviation
iinum	Number of observations at each location
bwnum	Bandwidth value for kernel
sertype	Choice error type
chodev	Choice error parameter
alpha	Marginal utility from catch
betac	Marginal disutility from distance
regconstant	Catch regression constant exists
