Description
Creates CSV that stratifies a cohort by year, age, gender. Each denominator used consists of all susceptible patients for that combination of variables.
Usage
- Create a cohort in Atlas or create a cohort-like table (cohort_definition_id, subject_id, cohort_start_date, cohort_end_date)
- Set all required environment variables for your database connection
- Run codeToRun script
