knitr::opts_chunk$set( collapse = TRUE, comment = "#>" )
Any standard flat tabular data format can be added to the input_files
when adding
data. This includes .csv, .tsv, .xlsx, .rds, and .sas7bdat files. Data can also be provided
in zipped format, as dpinput_map
will unzip your files for you.
dpcode_add()
?Since version 0.0.0.9014, dpbuild::dpcode_add()
has a parameter use_targets
(default FALSE)
where the user can specify whether to use targets
instead of drake for building
data product targets. Since drake is superceded, we recommend
using targets by specifying dpbuild::dpcode_add(use_targets = TRUE)
when starting
any new projects.
If you have an existing project that uses drake and you'd like to switch
to using targets, you can use dpcode_add()
to get the relevant targets
template
files, but you will have to delete or rename your existing dp_make.R
and dp_journal.Rmd
files first.
