Function to create clone colour table with a RColourBrewer palette
Usage
make_clone_col_input(clones, brewer.palette = "Paired")
Arguments
clones
a vector of clone names for colours to be assigned to
brewer.palette
a discrete brewer palette to be used for the colours (default is 'Paired')
