Description

The package contain the function for create the pca output within the pca shiny application. The function are pca_shiny and T_Qresidual_shiny. pca_shiny function provide the results of pca in terms of biplot of scores and loadings, plot of scores, plot of loadings, plot of cumulative and explained variance. T_Qresidual_shiny function provides the results in terms of T2 vs Q residual plot and cumulative plot.
