The 'hamstr' package.
Description
hamstr implements a "Bacon-like" Bayesian sediment accumulation
or age-depth model with hierarchically structured multi-resolution discrete
sediment sections. The Bayesian model is implemented in the Stan
probabilistic programming language https://mc-stan.org/. "Blaauw,
