In andybeet/InportXML: Easily Create InPort XML Metadata

New functions
copy_master_to_wd() copies the bundled xlsx file to the users working directory.
Deleted functions
openMasterTemplate() removed. This was platform dependent and was replaced by copy_master_to_wd()
Minor changes
createInportXML() added argument outPath for user to declare where output files are saved
