annikacleven/regtreesegpackage: Segmenting CNV and BAF data using regression tree methods

An implementation of a regression tree approach to segment Copy Number Variant locations. The regression tree approach can use the optimal complexity parameter value, the optimal complexity parameter and 3 iterations of a regression tree, or the optimal parameter value, 3 iterations of a regression tree approach, and weighting the points farthest from zero. By entering a dataframe the functions allow the user to visualize segmentation in the whole genome and on a single chromosome level. They also return dataframes of information about the segmentation.
