get_player_id(object, name, team, position)
Arguments
object
Object of class Optimizer
name
Full name of player
team
team abbreviation of player (Optional)
position
position of player (Optional)
Details
team and position can be included to differentiate between two players with the same name, but who play for different teams and/or at different positions.
