Description
Extends monad's single site model into multi-site model using the numerical matrix mat.
Usage

ECMMonExtendByAdjacencyMatrix(ecmObj, mat, migratingStocks = NULL, ...)
Arguments
ecmObj
An ECMMon object.
mat
A matrix.
migratingStocks
A a character vector with stocks (names.)
...
Additional arguments for ToSiteCompartmentalModel.
Value
An ECMMon object.
