arnabkrmaity/hsaft: Horseshoe in AFT Model
Provides function for performing Bayesian survival regression using Horseshoe prior. The AFT model with log normal assumption is used. In additon, other functions provide, as described in the manuscript, the group and protein correlation structure. Currently it is limited to right censored data only.
