Arguments
network
Street network in silicate 'sc' format, extracted with
dodgr function, 'dodgr_streetnet_sc'.
popdens
Path to local population density file covering region of street
network, and in 'geotiff' format.
Value
A 'data.frame' of candidate low-traffic neighbourhoods.
