In avucoh/nPOD: What the Package Does (One Line, Title Case)
FAIR (for Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) has been a growing concern within research. Through manual annotations with theme tags and ontologies such as Cell Ontology, we have vastly enhanced data with metadata. The graph above maps each cell type proportionally to the amount of data generated from that cell type, similar to a cartogram.
