qpcrtools: Analysis and Visualization of RT-qPCR Data
The qpcrtools package provides utilities for the analysis and visualization of real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) data. The S4 qPCR class is a streamlined representation of RT-qPCR data which is easily modifiable to suit future analyses. Please note that this package remains under development.
Installation
qpcrtools is designed for the R programming language and statistical computing environment. To install the latest version of this package, please run the following line in your R console:
devtools::install_github("ayushnoori/qpcrtools")
