Description
Given a xlsx file containing the employee pool, requirements, wages, and
work schedules, the budget is computed.
Usage
budget(xlsxFile, year, forecast = FALSE)
Arguments
xlsxFile
full path of the spreadsheet
year
integer value defining the year to be budgeted
forecast
logical value
