In bbolker/wwiki: Working Wiki interaction

• autodepends or some other equivalent to push a file + all easily guessable dependencies (targets of source, read.table, read.csv, load ...)
• put on github?
• check for existing files, warn on overwrite?
• are uploads logged sensibly?
• more documentation?
• figure out cookie storage?
• describe 'project' and 'page' better
• more options-setting
• do we need to add newlines to files?
• get cookies from Mozilla ???
• check that binary files (esp RData/rda) get uploaded safely
