Format
A data frame with 6 variables:
- ems_id
id of the monitoring station
- date_time
date/time (POSIXct) in ETC/GMT+8 timezone
- site
name of the monitoring station
- year
year
- month
month
- parameter
name of the parameter ("O3")
- value
ozone hourly value
- units
the units of value – always 'ppb'
