trscr_meth_analysis(gene, s_cnv, s_meth, s_trscr, gene_indexed_probes)

`gene`	the line of the bed file corresponding to the gene to analyse
`s_cnv`	cnv study
`s_meth`	methylome study
`s_trscr`	transcriptome study
`gene_indexed_probes`	a list of probes, indexed by gene_symbol
