ben-oneill/pooltesting: Inference from Pooled Testing of Binary Data
Implements pooled testing for binary data using a two-parameter pooled binomial distribution with allowance for covariates. Implements the pooled binomial model and allows diagnostic test of the positive pool probability curve. Also contains probability functions for the two-parameter pooled binomial distribution and information functions for the distribution.
