OUD Markov Model (OPTIMA trial CEA)

OPTIMA-Model is an R package with necessary code and data to run a semi-Markov cohort model to evaluate interventions for people with opioid use disorders.

Preliminaries

• Install RStudio
• Install devtools

install.packages("devtools")

• Clone github repository
  • Cloning this github repository will give users access to all necessary code and data to run the model and conduct the analysis.

R code modules

The R scripts to run the model and conduct the analysis are organized into two sections:

1. Model Functions contains R functions for core modules.

2. Analysis contains R scripts to run the primary analyses.
