CrossRefEDNA
The goal of CrossRefEDNA is to query the Cross Ref API for eDNA related research and prepare inputs that can be used in a shiny application.
Installation
You can install the released version of CrossRefEDNA from CRAN with:
devtools::install_github("benjamincrary/CrossRefEDNA")
Example
This is a basic example which shows you how to solve a common problem:
