PubscrapeR v1.0
Scrape PubMed, compile query results, and export to csv.
Option to output raw query results, as well as separate files for lists of journals, articles, authors, and/or author contacts with affiliation and email as csv file(s).
Can be used to automate the process of querying a set of search terms on a defined list of journals.
Installation
The PubscrapeR package can be installed from GitHub using devtools.
