Parameters for Arterial Input Functions
Description
Specification of parameters for arterial input functions (AIFs)
Usage
aifParameters(type, user = NULL)
Arguments
type
is one of the following character strings associated with an
AIF:
tofts.kermode
fritz.hansen
orton.exp
orton.cos
user
empirical
user
is a vector of estimated AIF parameters or the empirical AIF
values.
Details
See kineticModel for more information.
Value
A vector of parameter values that are appropriate for the model selected.
