bmjesus/psifluo: Fits Kolber et al (1998) model to FL3500 data

psifluo is a collection of R functions to analyze data from the PSI Super Head Fast Fluorometer series (www.psi.cz). The program analyzes variable fluorescence for single turnover induction (STI) and relaxation (STR) following the Kolber et al. (1998) FRRf protocol. It is based on the PSIWORX-R scripts by Audrey Ciochetto (https://sourceforge.net/projects/psiworx/).
