bomeara/prepotol: Prepares trees for uploading to Open Tree of Life
This will take a tree and prepare it for uploading to OpenTree's database: resolve names to match OpenTree's taxonomy, remove duplicate names, and perhaps pass it to monophy to help validate the taxonomy.
