Construct XML data structure for paste0("negative_emissions_budget_", c("GCAM3", paste0("SSP", 1:5), paste0("gSSP", 1:5)), ".xml").

module_energy_batch_negative_emissions_budget_xml(command, ...)

...	other optional parameters, depending on command

Value

Depends on command: either a vector of required inputs, a vector of output names, or (if command is "MAKE") all the generated outputs: paste0("negative_emissions_budget_", c("GCAM3", paste0("SSP", 1:5), paste0("gSSP", 1:5)), ".xml"). The corresponding file in the original data system was L270.limits.R (energy XML).
