Takes a correlation matrix and removes the redundant information

1	get_tri(cormat, lower = T)

`cormat`	Correlation Matrix
`lower`	Lower or upper half (default = T) select F for upper half

Matrix

1 2	cormat <- round(cor(mtcars), 2) get_tri(cormat)
