dot-build_url: Create a valid URL

Checks if the URL has patterns that may cause query problems.

Usage

.build_url(URL, path, query = NULL, names_list = NULL)

Arguments

URL	a character URL of the WLTS Service.
path	a character with URL path.
query	a list A named list with HTTP query parameters.
names_list	a character vector with the names of query attributes.

Value

a list with url and query attributes.
