compute.the: Thermal Stress Metrics

This function calculates thermal stress metrics for coral bleaching.

1	compute.the(x, y)

`x`	date of observation (class: date, format: YYYY-MM-DD)
`y`	estimate of observation (class: numeric)
`z`	interval of climatology; either week or month; default is week

This returns to a data frame of

`date`	date of observations, format YYYY-MM-DD
`SST`	Sea surface temperature in deg C
`climatology`	Long-term monthly mean SST in deg C
`SSTA`	Sea surface temperature Anomaly in deg C
`TSA`	Thermal stress anomaly in deg C
`DHW`	Degree heating weeks in deg C - weeks
