The goal of faanica is to replicate and extend the results from papers published by John Faaborg et al on their long-term monitoring project at Guanica Forest, Puerto Rico. "faanica" is a combination of "Faa-borg" and "Gua-nica"

Installation

You can install faanica from Github using devtools, eg

# install.package(devtools)
# devtools::install_github(...)
