Description

getvalues evaluates any valid yoloHandle object and loads data into memory that is ordinarily located on disk.

Usage

getvalues(handle, format = "sparse")

Arguments

handle	An seHandle or rseHandle object.
format	= "sparse" or "normal". Representation of data when evaluted.

Value

Returns a (Ranged)SummarizedExperiment object.
