TINC
is a package to determine the contamination of bulk samples, from
read counts data.
Precisely, the package provides methods to determine, for every matched pair of normal and tumour biopsies, the proportion of cancer cells in the normal sample (Tumour in Normal), and the proportion of cancer cells in the tumour sample (Tumour in Tumour).
TINC
is part of the evoverse
set of R
packages to implement Cancer
Evolution
analyses.
You can install the released version of TINC
from
GitHub with:
# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("caravagn/TINC")
