Anomalies
- Discussion of current status of anomalies
- Anomaly functions are mostly completed with annual anomaly/ annual climatology function fully implemented
- Seasonal anomaly function still required
- seasonal anomalies are caluclated for zooplankton biomass and cal fin abundance
- uses seasonal climatology
- BC will send EC anomaly code
- EC will implement into seasonal anomaly function
- discussion of anomaly wrapper function which will allow data to be directed properly to appropriate anomaly caluclation method
- EC will have example of anomaly wrapper for next meeting
- Focus on azmpdata metrics, generalization of anomaly functions for generic data is outside the scope of this project
Regional tables
- Single table vs multiple tables
- compromise solution reached: we will use a single names table and single coordinates table
- this avoids the repetition of the single table format
- also prevents the difficulties of finding ALL the various csv files within the package
- allows us to add metadata or other attributes to the names table without excessive repetition
- moving forward will be referred to as 'attributes' table and 'geometry' table
- BC will send example files
- EC will make final version of
plot_region()
azmpdata
- looked through workplan available on Teams
- BC will upload Rda and csv files (in progress)
- BC working on trawl and remote sensing data
- EC will help by starting on vignette and documentation
- EC and BC will meet (in the next week) to discuss delegation of tasks
multivaR
- EC will help with azmpdata to make sure packages match up well and there is not a backlog of work in coordinating them
- main priority is to get data in azmpdata
