cdmuir/bayCi: Bayesian Photosynthetic Response Curves Using Stan

Fit C3 photosynthetic response curves to the Farquhar, von Caemmerer, Berry (1980) <doi:10.1007/BF00386231> biochemical model using Bayesian models implemented in Stan. Users can fit single standard curves, single RACiR curves following Stinziano *et al.* (2017) <doi:10.1111/pce.12911>, or multiple curves simultaneously in a hierarchical model.
