EcoPLOT Code of Conduct

EcoPLOT is a platform built for the dynamic and interactive analysis of biogeochemical datasets. Biogeochemical data can assume various levels of complexity and multidisciplinarity, and regularly includes microbial community, plant phenotypic, and geochemical data. The adaptability of the R programming language makes EcoPLOT well suited to adapt to the multilayered nature of biogeochemical data and enables meaningful research functionality across a variety of scientific disciplines.

In order to leverage the strengths of the EcoPLOT platform, the EcoPLOT developers have established a code of conduct that outlines best practices and expectations for all users who would like to contribute to and or utilize our platform. The EcoPLOT team is committed to promoting reproducible scientific research and invites all to a welcoming and inviting community. For questions or concerns, please direct all correspondance to ecoplot@lbl.gov .
