Nutrients covered are: calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamin C, vitamin A, folate, calcium, iron, zinc, potassium, dietary fiber, copper, sodium, phosphorus, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, magnesium, saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids.
