In cgtc/RebelAnalysis: Luminex Analysis App
RebelAnalysis
This app is a mini-app developed using Shiny in a Golem framework. Its
purpose is to analyse REBEL data, as exported from its (proprietary)
software in Microsoft Excel (.xls/.xlsx) format.
Installation
Use AWS CodeBuild to re-build this whenever the code changes. It should
work.
Usage
- Open app
- Load file
- Analyse
- Get report / info
