changgee/Nebula: Network-Based Latent-Dirichlet Subtype Analysis
Functions implementing the Network-based latent-Dirichlet subtype analysis (nebula) algorithm for variational inference using Dirichlet mixture model with incorporation of graphical knowledge. Practically, this can be used to incorporate biological networks/pathways to inform clustering solutions.
