Description
Applies monitoring frequencies to PRISM monitoring and returns the final observed observation. SeqSGPVrules is called within SeqSGPV.
Usage
SeqSGPVrulesSingle(data, monitoringFrequency, randomize)
Arguments

Single mcmc replicate
monitoringFrequency
Matrix of monitoring frequency combinations
randomize
TRUE if length(allocations) > 1
