Maize experimental multi-environment data sets (Genomes to Fields Initiative)

Description

This data are used as toy data for several functions of learnMET package.
Phenotypic data for 22 environments (4 years, 6 locations) from the Genomes to Fields project.

Format

data.frame object with 6 columns:

1. geno_ID character contains the genotype identifiers.

2. year numeric contains the year of the observation.

3. location character contains the name of the location.

4. pltht character plant height (cm)

5. yld_bu_ac character grain yield (bushels per acre)

6. earht character ear height (cm)
