Description
Simulated dataset based on the UCLA Statistical Consulting Group's website.
Usage
data(academic_awards)
Format
A data frame with 200 rows and 4 variables.
Details
num_awards integer Outcome variable; indicates the number of
awards earned by students at a high school in a year
math integer Continuous predictor variable; represents students' scores on
their math final exam
prog factor Categorical predictor variable with three levels, indicating
the type of program in which the students were enrolled:
"General", "Academic", or "Vocational".
