• Ubuntu 14.04 with R 3.5 (on travis-ci) and ubuntu 18.04 with R 3.6 (local install)
• OS X - xcode 9.4, 10.3 and 11.3 with R 3.5 (on travis-ci)
• Windows Server 2012 with R devel and release (on appveyor)
• win-builder with R devel and release

R CMD check results

There were no ERRORs, no WARNINGs and 1 NOTE at the end of the check.

Other notes

1. This is a RESUBMISSION - I removed 'package' from the title as requested.

2. This package was on CRAN from 2018-04-12 to 2020-01-12 when it was archived as the package became orphaned. I am the new maintainer and I am keen to get the updated package back on CRAN. Thanks!
